Described by participants as “life changing” this year-long leadership programme is helping develop future leaders for the cultural sector. Interested? Apply now.
The Museums and Resilient Leadership programme has been designed to support people working in the cultural sector to become entrepreneurial and resilient leaders for the future.
It provides a 360° view of leadership in the cultural, political and commercial spheres. It includes two 3 day residential retreats, eight 1 day masterclasses, an overseas study trip and personal mentoring support.
Directors Stephen Feber and Nick Winterbotham launched the programme with Black Country Living Museum which, as a largely self-financing museum, puts financial sustainability and organisational resilience at the core of its thinking.
The programme is supported by funding from the Arts Council through the Black Country Living Museum’s work as one of our Major Partner Museums.
