Prior Information Notice: FM Assurance Services
We are developing an agreement for FM Assurance Services including helpdesk and computer aided facilities management (CAFM) to provide the effective management of operational and strategic activities associated with facilities management related services. The solution will complement the Facilities Management Services agreement, as part of the Facilities Management Contracting Model.
It is anticipated that services will include:
- A fully staffed, supervised helpdesk service linked to the CAFM system for service requests and fault reporting, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
- A CAFM system for quality monitoring, complaints, and the management and execution of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities.
- An assurance service to monitor and report against the operational performance of the suppliers delivering services.
