Book in at your library for a chance win VIP Wales Rally GB tickets

The 2011 Wales Rally GB (10th – 13th November) will see competitors making their way through some of the most exhilarating scenery in the world, and for your chance to get hold of two VIP hospitality places you simply need to join a library in Wales.

There are four different sections of the rally in different areas of Wales and the winner can chose which one they want to attend - from the start at the Great Orme in North Wales, to deep in the forests of Mid Wales, the famous Sweet Lamb stage which boasts spectacular views of a water splash, jumps and hairpin bends and the final stage in south Wales at the challenging Epynt Military ranges.

Libraries are free to join and there’s something for every member of the family from free books, newspapers, e-books and magazines, to free internet access and family history resources plus free activities for children, free audio and large print books and expert friendly staff on hand to help.

Jamie Edwards, a rally champion from Wrexham who will be competing on Wales Rally GB said:

“Libraries are wonderful places, full of surprises – you can get hold of information on motorsports, rally history or famous rally drivers in books, online or on DVD – so don’t miss out join today and get the chance to win this amazing prize where you can see the best rally drivers in the world in action.”

This promotion is open to anyone over the age of 16 who lives, works or studies in Wales and joins a library in Wales during October 2011 – either in person or online.  All new members will be entered into the draw to win two VIP places and the winner will be announced the first week of November.
