Government Procurement Service is in the process of renewing the framework agreement for the supply of Temporary Nursing Staff. The project is being managed by the Professional Services - Health category team and they are keen to ensure the tendering process achieves the aims of Government policy to:

• Achieve savings through a centralised, consistent and transparent procurement process
• Ensure  quality service provision by suppliers
• Appoint suppliers who deliver their services in a sustainable manner
• Appoint suppliers who represent the SME, black and ethnic minority and women led business community

In order to achieve these aims customer engagement is crucial and the team would welcome representatives from the NHS who would be willing to contribute to the Nursing Framework Stakeholder Group.
