Summer cycling fun in the city
Londoners are being encouraged to register now for Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle which takes place on 3 August.
The eight-mile traffic-free ride through the Capital is open to all ages and abilities, and takes participants past some of the city's most famous landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London.
To help you get into central London and join the fun there will be led rides from London boroughs feeding into the freecycle route.
Return rides are scheduled for later in the day.
