Take part in our new Diploma consultation
Welcome to the webpages for the Diplomas in:
- public services
- retail business
- sport and active leisure
- travel and tourism
We are currently developing curriculum guidance for practitioners in schools and colleges for these lines of learning and are keen to get as much input from practitioners as possible. The draft guidance documents are available to download from the 'Related documents' section on the right-hand side of this page.
Curriculum guidance consultation
Between 3 November and 1 December 2008 we are consulting on guidance for each level for these four lines of learning. By taking part in the consultation, either by completing the online questionnaire or attending the consultation event, you will help us to develop high-quality guidance materials.
QCA's guidance for the first ten lines of learning is available from the Curriculum for the Diploma page.
Consultation questionnaire
The questionnaire is available from the link in the 'Related links' section on the right-hand side of this page. It should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Before completing the questionnaire you will need to download and read the draft curriculum guidance materials for the relevant line(s) of learning from the 'Related documents' section on the right-hand side of this page. You can comment on the curriculum guidance for a particular line of learning or comment more generally on the curriculum guidance for all these lines of learning.
Consultation event
QCA is also holding a curriculum guidance consultation event in London on 12 November. If you would like to attend please contact Lynnette Lucas at LLucas@lsneducation.org.uk or 020 7492 5385
