Accessibility for all
We are looking for disabled people to take part in research to see how easy it is for them to get around the Capital.
The mystery travellers will be asked to make journeys across London on public transport and complete questionnaires about their trips.
They will be trained and paid for every journey they complete.
The Accessibility Mystery Traveller Survey is being carried out by market research company GfK.
It requires people who use wheelchairs or assistance dogs, have reduced mobility, or hearing and sight loss.
The survey is designed to assess the progress of our multi-million pound investment in making the Capital more accessible to everyone.
The programme includes creating more step-free stations, improving information for passengers and making sure staff have the training and support they need to help disabled customers.
All those interested in becoming a mystery traveller should contact GfK by email at AMTS@gfk.com, or by writing to 'AMTS', GfK Mystery Shopping, King Charles House, Park End Street, Oxford, OX1 1JD.
