No Boundaries 2014 is taking place now and live streaming from venues in Bristol and York.

Part of the Arts Council’s programme of thought leadership events, State of the Arts, No Boundaries 2014 is a symposium on the role of arts and culture in a world where there is no normal.

The live broadcast is taking place from 12pm to 6pm on Tuesday 25 February, and 9.45am to 2pm on Wednesday 26 February.
