GPS have been actively working with customers and suppliers to develop the scope and structure of a new framework and have identified a number of emerging requirements and services. To ensure these opportunities can be investigated and captured within the new framework scope, we will be extending our period of engagement until February 2013.

As there is no provision for us to extend the existing framework beyond the expiry date of 16 June 2013, it is likely that there will be a gap in framework coverage of approximately four months (though we will attempt to reduce this gap and will provide regular updates on progress).  

Call-off contracts under the current framework are permitted to run for a period of up to two years beyond the expiry of the framework e.g. up to 16 June 2015. Therefore, should your organisation anticipate that it will require Project Management & Full Design Team Services between April and October 2013 you are advised to enter into a call-off contract before 16 June 2013.
