CC consults on postal price control appeal rules
The Competition Commission (CC) is consulting on draft rules setting out how it will deal with appeals against decisions made by Ofcom on postal service price controls.
The Postal Services Act 2011 provides a right of appeal to the CC against price control decisions made by Ofcom in relation to postal services and permits the CC to make rules about the making, conduct and disposal of such appeals.

Responses from interested parties are invited by 21 March 2012 and should be made in writing either by email or to:
