We've extended the deadline for you to share your views on the Government's green paper 'Shaping the future of care together' to Friday 9 October.

Your contribution to the call for evidence will help us to inform our rural response to 'Shaping the future of care together'. The Government green paper sets out a vision for a National Care Service, the options for  reform, and how the new system could be organised and paid for.

We're keen to hear from anyone living or operating in a rural area who may be affected by the governments proposed changes to the care and support system.
