2010 key stage 2 Reviews guidance for schools is now available

The 2010 key stage 2 Reviews guidance for schools is now available on the QCDA website and will be sent to schools with the June Circular from Monday 21 June 2010.

This year the reviews service has changed following feedback from school and local authorities. The changes to the reviews service include the discontinuation of the group review service, individual pupil reviews being offered as a full review of the pupil’s entire test script and an increase in the cost of individual pupil reviews.

Reviews guidance for schools outlines these changes, the reviews process, and explains how to apply for a review. The guidance also contains the relevant application forms required to request a clerical review or individual pupil review. The forms included on the website are interactive, allowing schools to complete the form onscreen before printing and returning them with the relevant pupils' test scripts. The forms in the guidance delivered to schools can be photocopied and completed as necessary.

For detailed guidance on changes to the reviews service for 2010 and how to apply for reviews, please read the 2010 key stage 2 Reviews guidance for schools.
