NHS Confederation - Working time regulations – share your views
The NHS Confederation's European Office would like feedback from NHS organisations on how they have coped with the constraints of current working time regulations.
The European Office is keen to hear how organisation have dealt with ensuring doctors receive high-quality training and experience, while continuing to provide patients with round the clock, high-quality care.
The Office has launched a survey to gather NHS views.
Independent review
The findings of the survey will provide valuable input to the work of the Working Time Regulations Taskforce, an independent taskforce set up to review the impact of the current working time regulations on NHS organisations.
It will report its findings to the Secretary of State for Health.
