The Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) have launched an Offender Learning Review that covers offender learning in custody and in the community.

The review gives the opportunity for colleges and providers to provide evidence to BIS to inform a Ministerial Meeting in October between BIS, Department for Work and Pensions and the Ministry of Justice.

The outcome(s) of that meeting will inform the Ministry of Justice “Rehabilitation Revolution” Green Paper to be published in November 2010.

The Review of Offender Learning closing date is the 24 September 2010.
