Citizens Advice responds to SSE's energy price hike

Gillian Guy, Chief Executive at national charity Citizens Advice said:

“Further energy price rises will strike fear into the heart of many households. Citizens Advice wants to make sure people aren't forced to choose between heating or eating this winter.

“That's why Citizens Advice will be running Big Energy Saving Week in October to help people get prepared for winter. Anyone struggling to pay their bills now can get advice from their local CAB or by visiting www.adviceguide.org.uk

Big Energy Saving Week is 22-27 October. Our advisers will be out and about across the country giving practical advice and tips on how people can cut their fuel bills.
