Assessing the EU’s impact on the UK: a review of the balance of competences
The Government is carrying out a review of the balance of competences between the EU and the UK. This is an audit of what the EU does and how it affects the UK. You can read more about it on the Foreign and Commonwealth website.
DECC will contribute to the report on Environment and Climate Change in the second semester and lead on the report on Energy in the third semester.
When we are ready to issue our calls for evidence we will publish them on the DECC website and they will also be announced on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website.
