Have you recently taken up the post of Principal? LSIS is running a two-day induction course for new principals to provide essential practical guidance on all aspects of leading and managing a successful college.

The programme is designed especially for principals and CEOs of further education colleges who have been less than 18 months in post. It will be led by Dr David Collins, chief executive of LSIS and former principal of South Cheshire College. Dr Collins will provide a valuable insight into the realities of the role, especially in today’s challenging environment.

The programme will take place on 12 and 13 January 2011 at the University of Warwick in Coventry.
