QCA Annual Review 2007.
QCA today publishes its Annual Review of activities in 2007. The publication gives an overview of developments over the year, reporting on the monitoring of the examination system, assessments, qualifications and the curriculum.
Ken Boston, Chief Executive of QCA, said:
"The Annual Review provides QCA with an opportunity to assess the impact of its work over the past year. It allows us to look forward and consider how we can build upon the successes of the organisation and meet future challenges.
"One of those challenges is the setting up of the interim Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator, Ofqual, in advance of government legislation to establish the body by statute. Throughout this process of change, QCA's focus will continue to be on what matters to learners - to enable people of every age and stage of life to participate in learning that is meaningful, rewarding and of high quality."
QCA is holding its Annual Review 2007 event today at the British Museum.
