Today we’re announcing the latest Future Ready grants.  Future Ready grants of up to £25,000 are available through the Homelessness Transition Fund to support activities such as business planning, restructuring and skills development.  Ten grants, worth a total £233,000, which will help organisations take steps to ensure critical services adapt and survive in the current climate of cuts.
