Active Wellbeing is back with a brand-new challenge to encourage everyone to be active whether you’re at the beginning of your journey and taking those first steps to being involved or need some extra motivation to keep going on your fitness journey, Active Wellbeing is here to support you.
This February, join us for a month-long Around-the-World challenge. With plenty of chances to win prizes for your team and yourself. Whether you walk, run, cycle, swim or get outside in the garden, every bit of activity counts! You can create a team, invite your colleagues and friends, or join a ready-made group.
