Definitive guideline on robbery comes into effect

The guideline on  the sentencing of robbery came into effect on 1 April 2016

The guideline is available here.

The existing robbery guideline for young offenders will continue to remain in force until such time as it is replaced by new youth guidelines. The guideline is available here.
