Scottish Cabinet papers: Sub-committees 2004-2009
Papers from Scottish Cabinet Sub-committees as part of a transparency release of Scottish Cabinet papers between 2004 and 2009.
The 2009 Cabinet papers and minutes are published on the National Records of Scotland website Scotland’s People.
Records from Cabinet Sub-Committee meetings and Cabinet Sub-Committee business conducted by correspondence are temporarily published on this page. These will be added to the Scotland’s People website as part of the next Cabinet papers release in 2026.
The records cover papers from the second Administration (Labour and Liberal Democrat Scottish Executive) which was elected in May 2003, and the third Administration (Scottish National Party Government) which was elected in May 2007.
The zip files below contain the papers in different formats (i.e. PDFs, Word documents, Powerpoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and email messages). If you have any issues accessing these files, please contact Cabinet Secretariat.
