Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) - Smail
The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP, has appointed Alastair Harold Kurt Smail to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales). Mr Smail will be assigned to the London North West Region, with effect from 23 November 2009.
Notes to Editors
Alastair Harold Kurt Smail is 45. He was called to the Bar (G) in 1987 and was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2005.
